What do I receive after purchasing?
All HeLives products are instant digital downloads. After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. No waiting, no shipping — just instant access.
What format are the products in?
All guides are delivered as PDF files. You can read them on your phone, tablet, laptop or print them at home.
How do I download my product?
After purchasing you will receive a confirmation email with your download link. Click the link and your PDF will download immediately. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at support@helives.cc and we will do our best to help.
Can I share the PDF with others?
Our guides are for personal use only. Please do not share, resell or distribute the files. If someone in your life would benefit from it, gift it to them through the store.
